now it is down to 2670, but this does not worry me at all; instead, this last downward straw of movement has been expected, which assures the impending up trend. anyway, i still think of the present price movement and the coming up move as part of the distrubution area of a larger cycle. 3400 is the short-mid- term target, if it is reached by chance, i would then sell it without hesitation, and with targetlower than 2500! nobody tells me how to attach a dwawing?

UPDATE - Thursday, May 12, 2005 9:08 AM EST I have temporarily closed our EURUSD and GBPUSD shorts at +82 pips and +131 pips respectively. This solid move on the back of retail sales coming in at twice the expected level offers a meltdown move to book decent gains into very oversold markets in the near-term. I will be looking to re-establish these shorts at higher levels. With all the bad news in the financial media surrounding the US Dollar, the conditions are perfect for a solid pop through daily resistance levels outlined below. Yesterday we established new EURUSD and GBPUSD short positions after the confirmed daily break of multi-year trendlines. The trades are moving nicely for us as we're short EURUSD from 1.2800 and GBPUSD from 1.8750. I plan to hold these trades through US Retail Sales this morning at 8:30 AM EST. The dollar is bid coming into the news and markets have a tendency to continue a previous trend after the release regardless of the result.
